It's the unsolicited personal notes that mean the most to us. We'd like to share a few of these comments with you here. Because we value the privacy of our customers, names and some home specifics have been omitted.

One of our motivations for moving to Tryon Villas is the shopping opportunity. The closest grocery store to our current home is 10 miles away. We love the idea of being able to walk to Starbucks, The Ale House or the grocery store. We just want to be close in. We've been looking for a change in lifestyle. This is it. Thank you.

Congratulations on selling out Stanton Place. We are truly enjoying our new home! I am also writing to let you know that we are now parents of TWO little girls. Mom and baby are doing great. Once things settle down for us, we would love to get together.

We had the opportunity to meet at a hockey game last season. We are excited about our move from Apex into a Youngquist home. Actually, excited is an understatement because I have dreamed of someday moving into something that you have built.
